Amanda, known to many as “Panda”, works as part of the Customer Services team at Argyll Ruane, coordinating and providing executive support for the operations of the NDT and ICorr functions. As a key point of contact for customers, she ensures enquiries and booking requests are handled accurately and efficiently, in line with internal and BINDT processes. She also supports the Exams department with results notices and exam bookings for customers and Approved Examination Centres (AECs).

With over 19 years of senior-level administrative experience – including roles as a Sales Administration Supervisor within a CFD software company and a Senior Orthopaedic Secretary – Amanda brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to the team. She particularly values being part of a collaborative environment and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys staying active and social. Walking, gym sessions, concerts, cinema trips, and shopping are all firm favourites, alongside spending quality time with family and friends. A few favourites:
