Debbie is a Learning Materials Content Developer at Argyll Ruane, contributing to the design and development of technical e-learning materials and examinations across both the NDT and ICorr divisions. Working closely with trainers and subject matter experts within Argyll Ruane and externally, she helps translate complex technical content into structured, engaging learning resources.

With 10 years’ experience in teaching – including A-level Chemistry at a large Sixth Form College – Debbie brings strong educational expertise and curriculum development experience to the team. She has also produced technical training content for organisations such as United Utilities and Network Rail. Her academic background in Chemistry and Pharmacology supports her analytical approach to developing accurate, high-quality technical materials.


Outside of work

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys creative hobbies that allow her to unwind and express her artistic side. She spends time knitting, crocheting, dressmaking, and quilting. She is also a member of a four-part a cappella barbershop chorus and competes nationally each year.
