Ellie is a Receptionist and Customer Service Executive at Argyll Ruane’s Sheffield facility, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities include managing schedules, handling ICorr correspondence, processing bookings for ICorr coatings inspection courses, and responding to ICorr enquiries. She also welcomes visitors to site and supports reception duties.
With a naturally organised and proactive approach, Ellie ensures tasks are completed efficiently while delivering a positive and professional experience for both colleagues and customers. She enjoys meeting new people and learning how NDT and coatings inspection are applied globally, and is motivated by contributing to continuous improvement and high service standards.
Outside of work
Ellie takes part in stock car racing – a fast-paced and competitive motorsport that requires focus, quick decision-making, and a strong understanding of vehicle performance. For Ellie, it’s not just about speed, but strategy, control, and the adrenaline that comes with every race. Ellie also has a love for animals, but dislikes heights. A few favourites:
