Helen is the Learning Materials Executive at Argyll Ruane, responsible for the quality management and maintenance of learning materials used across classroom training and manages the licensing of materials to Argyll Ruane examination centres worldwide. As an LMS administrator, she manages the maintenance of eLearning courses and exams, student progress tracking, query resolution, and live course management. She also supports the development of eLearning content and online examinations for the NDT and coatings divisions.
With a hardworking, dedicated, and positive outlook, Helen is motivated by helping others and takes pride in supporting both colleagues and customers to achieve success. She brings 25 years’ experience across administrative, coordination, and learning and development roles, along with strong organisational skills and a proactive, cheerful approach. Helen builds trusting and effective relationships with peers, leaders, and both internal and external customers, underpinned by strong work ethics and personal values. She is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes, contributing to shared goals, and can be consistently relied upon to follow through on her actions.

Outside of work
Helen enjoys spending time with her family and raising her son. She has a passion for the outdoors, particularly coastal walks, local beaches, and weekly sea dips. She has volunteered in roles ranging from Girl Guiding to local playgroups and currently serves as a volunteer director on her residents’ committee, supporting the management of her estate.
