Lucy Norton

She/Her | Based in Sheffield

Lucy is a Marketing Executive at Argyll Ruane and is responsible for coordinating marketing activities across digital and offline channels to enhance brand visibility and build community engagement. She develops engaging content for social media, email campaigns, Google Ads, and print advertising, while also organising branded merchandising and supporting event planning activities. With experience across the training, manufacturing, and creative sectors, Lucy combines creative thinking with analytical insight to deliver effective campaigns.

Holding both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in film, Lucy brings a unique visual and storytelling perspective to her work, ensuring that all marketing activities reflects Argyll Ruane’s high standards and reputation for excellence.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Lucy volunteers at an animal sanctuary, combining her love of animals with a passion for giving back. A keen traveller, she has explored more than 20 countries, with Thailand, China, and Poland among her favourites. She has a lifelong appreciation for cinema and enjoys keeping up with the latest releases. Lucy also supports independent businesses, particularly craft markets and antique stores, with a fondness for Art Deco and mid-century styles. Staying active through yoga, Pilates, kettlebells, and Clubbercise also forms part of her routine. A few favourites:
