Ross Dickson

Ross is an NDT Trainer based at our training facility in Dunfermline, Scotland, where he delivers high-quality, engaging training with professionalism and integrity.

He joined the team in March 2025 and brings over 12 years of industry expertise, specialising in NDT within manufacturing – particularly in glass-lined vessels for the pharmaceutical sector. Ross began his career began at GMM Pfaudler, transitioning from a Grinder to an NDT technician, and later advancing to lead an NDT department.

Holding both PCN and SNT Level 2 certifications across multiple methods, Ross combines strong technical expertise with leadership and mentoring experience. His exposure to a variety of industrial environments has equipped him with a deep, real-world understanding of NDT applications in critical environments. This diverse background will bring valuable context and insight to the classroom, enriching the learning experience for students.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys leisurely walks with his Manchester Terriers, Holly and Lilly.
