Sally Taylor

She/Her | Based in Sheffield

Sally is the Finance Business Partner at Argyll Ruane, responsible for preparing management accounts and enhancing financial reporting and planning capabilities across the business. She works closely with operational and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight that supports informed decision-making and long-term strategic objectives.

Having joined Argyll Ruane in 2010, Sally has held a number of Finance Management roles over the past 14 years, contributing to the development and implementation of new finance systems and processes. In January 2023, she transitioned into the role of Finance Business Partner, leveraging her extensive knowledge of the organisation and its operating sectors to strengthen financial planning and business performance. She particularly enjoys being part of a driven and ambitious team that works collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

Outside of work

Sally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her two dogs, Penny and Ted – who are firm favourites around the Sheffield training centre. A few favourites:

• Food and drink: Steak and rosé prosecco
• Screen and reading: Crazy Stupid Love, anything David Attenborough, and books by Marian Keyes
• Holiday: A white sandy beach or a log cabin with a real fire
