Decibel NDE is an independent ATO. It is not, and never has been, part of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), IMechE Engineering Training Solutions or Argyll-Ruane Ltd. It has previously been an AEC of Argyll-Ruane and later IMechE ETS and due to audit failures and failure to follow IMechE ETS procedures as an operating AEC, we have decided to suspend any examinations with Decibel on a permanent basis.

All claims of a greater relationship are a misrepresentation and are being pursued through Legal channels.
