Over the course of the past year, the leadership team of IMechE Argyll Ruane and IMechE Fife NDT Ltd.  have been diligently working on a series of organisational improvements aimed at fostering the growth of our NDT and coatings services. 

These improvements have included the streamlining of processes, honing our structure, and enhancing communication and efficiency. By doing so, we’ve successfully brought our two organisations closer together to function as a cohesive unit rather than separate entities. 

As a result of these internal refinements, we’ve harnessed a wealth of enhanced skills and expertise, unlocked greater flexibility in resource allocation, and created a seamless client experience that benefits all parties involved.  

Integrating the brands 

In February 2024, IMechE Fife NDT Ltd. will become integrated with the IMechE Argyll Ruane brand, forming a unified organisation with two site locations: Sheffield and Dunfermline.  

The leadership team have been carefully cultivating the organisation’s long-term strategy, refining our mission, vision and values, and this brand integration will pave the way for IMechE Argyll Ruane’s new strategic vision of a customer-centric approach, along with international growth and expansion. 

Rest assured, the unique characteristics at IMechE Fife NDT Ltd. valued by our customers will remain unchanged.

Our new signage: We’ve replaced the exterior signs to IMechE Argyll Ruane, be sure to look out for them when travelling to our Dunfermline site!   

Internal refresh: Experience a revitalised ambiance at our Dunfermline training centre with stylish new wall graphics, adding a vibrant touch to the surroundings. 

Website integration: The IMechE Fife NDT Ltd. (fifendt.imeche.org) and IMechE Argyll Ruane websites are now seamlessly integrated into one platform: argyllruane.imeche.org.  

Financial procedure update: If your organisation has an account with us, our finance team will be in touch to communicate any changes in our processes.
